You could say social anxiety is the fear and anxiety of being negatively judged and evaluated by other people. It is a pervasive disorder and causes anxiety and fear in most all areas of a person’s life. It is chronic because it does not go away on its own. Only direct cognitive-behavioral therapy can change the brain, and help people overcome social anxiety.

By forcing yourself to go out and by pushing yourself to do the things that you dont want to do, at first you will feel anxiety but then you will start to get out of your comfort zone, to start your journey to personal growth. By going out and conquering your fears you reverse the affects of social anxiety. These are life principles, to create an excuse is to be stagnant in life. Everything is formed by the power of habit, start by saying hello to the person next to you.
Do not identify yourself as being depressed or having social fear. It’s all a state, what you do everyday is conditioning who you are. In order to make changes we must condition ourselves to the way we want to be not what we used to be Do not feed your bad habits, decide to make a change.

People are going to judge you, people are going to be unhappy, if someone is unhappy it has nothing to do with you. Never take it personally.
